ACI's Member Services Department was created to meet the varied needs of ACI's members and customers. With an emphasis on member/customer satisfaction, this department is organized to simplify contact with the Institute by consolidating a variety of services within one department. Such consolidation allows Member Services Representatives to answer or direct all ACI-related questions rapidly and accurately and streamlines the processing of other services such as publication orders/ inquiries and registrations. The department may be contacted for the following services:
